SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.

Shipping in India: We offer shipping on all orders across the country at a flat fee of INR 500.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. For international orders, we charge a standard shipping fee of INR 5000 or $70.  

We do not provide the cash on delivery facility on our orders across the globe. 

TAXES AND DUTIES

For Indian clients: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 

For International clients: For most countries, we ship garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country the buyer resides in. To release the order from customs on arrival, the buyer must pay these charges off at the time of delivery.

DELIVERY

At Gaurang, we strive to deliver the garment within the stipulated time. However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated throughout the process. It should be noted that in situations if the client fails to take the delivery of the goods, Gaurang may at its discretion charge the client for additional shipping cost.
